Refund & cancellation

  • Full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before the cohort start date.
  • Transferable to a future cohort of the same Lab if you cancel up to 48 hours before the cohort start date, no fee.
  • Non-refundable inside the 48-hour window. You may send a colleague in your place at no additional cost (email hello@agasi.ai with the substitute attendee’s name and work email).
  • If AGASI cancels or reschedules a cohort, you’ll receive a full refund or a free transfer to a future cohort, at your option.

What’s included

  • A live, instructor-led 180-minute session per Lab, run over Zoom (or your preferred conferencing platform for private cohorts).
  • The working artifact your team produces during the Lab (yours to keep).
  • Members access to the Playbook on agasi.ai, kept current as the workflow evolves and ready when your team pulls it up on real work.
  • Practice data sets, either AGASI’s purpose-built samples or, on request, sanitized samples derived from your team’s work.
  • Calendar invite (.ics) for each session, sent automatically with your confirmation email.
